"L’Alternance", The Company School
At ESLI, work-study projects within companies are integrated in the educational cursus in a rhythm of alternating periods within the school and the company. This immersion within a company leads the student to set concrete targets for each period in business and measure their results upon their return to school.
In addition, the presence of students taking on work-studies during the entire school year allows them to be entrusted with greater responsibilities. With 50% of the time in on the job training, students are able to quickly integrate into the world of work.

Testimonials

| Stéphane Malavelle - Director of Supply Chain Management - Compobaie
"Compobaie brings together an industrial business with a business entrepreneur. Our role in the logistics department is to facilitate this relationship while imposing "just in time" during the delivery to our worksites.
This strong involvement with different actors is a key element of our development. We must continue to improve the logistics chain to be more efficient and bring new services to our customers." |

| Claire Gayraud - 2nd Year ESLI Student with a work-study at Compobaie.
"Compobaie is the unquestioned leader of "monoblock" in France. It designs, manufactures and markets, for over 15 years, ready to install concrete products which are delivered directly on site. Compobaie is the only French company to offer an innovative product that meets the new requirements of building professionals in terms of simplicity of installation and productivity gains. The course conducted by Compobaie allows me to explore issues specific to the logistics industry. In parallel, I have drafted a paper titled "The control of production flow: the challenge of new made to order industrial building products."
My work-study periods in business allows me to put into practice the theoretical concepts I learned at Esli. Integrated within the team logistics Compobaie, I participate day after day in the deployment of a new master logistics flow." |
Frédéric Cobac, Manager of Expediting and Transport - Loste Grand Saloir

As part of our pilot overhaul of information systems group, Loste Grand Saloir was looking for a student capable of supporting the establishment of logistics module.
For this project, we appealed to ESLI, known for its training and its approach to logistics. Our society has also been seduced by the principle of alternation proposed by Esli which fully meets expectations in support and project monitoring.
Nicolas Treguer (2nd year student) responded to our offer of a work-study filed on the ESLI's website and has joined our company in October 2007.
