Bernard Rey, General Manager, Celluloses de la Loire

For several years our company has collaborated with ESLI under different forms.
We started our partnership by offering work-studies.  It is important for the students to be present inside companies from the first year of their training and students become quickly versed in operations. The work-study projects are long and that allows one to offer missions which are substantial to sutdents. We have, for example, confided a complete remake of our planning to a 3rd year student last year.
He worked with all the staff of the company and upgraded our planning; both short and long term.

We seek to combine training at a high level, instill a sense of observation, imagination and putting in to place real solutions. Since this year, we have worked with a group of students on a project on provisioning recyclable raw materials. During this project, the students explored new means of optimizing medium and long term our provisioning sources through the lens of durable development.
